Sue DeLazaro, ACC, is the founder of Ideal Culture Lab.

Sue trains and coaches mid-to-senior level professionals to connect more meaningfully and confidently with the people around them. Since 2008, Sue has helped hundreds of clients to better understand their barriers to success and to make adjustments that accelerate careers.

Using her expertise in emotional intelligence, Sue helps people leverage their emotions to influence, build trust, collaborate, and connect effectively for success. She has worked with clients across levels in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, insurance, consumer goods, government, and non-profit agencies.

Sue has contributed to two books: Wall Street Journal Bestseller, Emotional Intelligence 2.0 (2009) and Team Emotional Intelligence 2.0 (2022), and is an award-winning facilitator, recognized by Training Magazine’s “Top 40 Under 40 Trainers.”

Over the years, Sue saw that professionals in the beginning of their careers were typically not in her training rooms. She is on a mission to change that with her New Professional Accelerator program, providing development to this group to build their interpersonal skills needed for success today.

Sue is an ICF-certified coach (ACC), has her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and her B.A. in Government. She is a proud student of the Groundlings School of Improvisation in Hollywood, CA, where she first learned about emotional range and the “yes-and” approach from the best in the industry.
